Feb '07- Lori was presented with the "Gold Elite" Sales award for 2006.  She was among the Top Producers and sold over $3 million.

Feb '06 & Feb '07- Daris was presented with the "Gold Sales" level award, two year consecutively.  He sold over $2 million each year.

Feb '08- Daris was presented with the "Gold Elite Sales" level award and was among one of the Top Producers. Lori was presented with the "Gold Sales" level award.  Both are proven to be consistent multi-million dollar producers! $6 million sold!

2009- Daris and Lori Beth were both among the Top Producers selling over $3 million and specializing in foreclosure properties in 2009.

Lori Beth is a lifelong resident of Staunton-Augusta County.  She grew up in Churchville, VA and graduated from Buffalo Gap High School.  After working many years at AMC and then moving on to Adelphia Media Services, she has found her desire working with the public in Real Estate. Lori Beth became an agent after interest grew when her father began doing home inspections.  She completed the real estate course at BRCC and became a licensed Realtor in 2004. At that time, she joined Real Estate Plus to kick off her new career.

Lori is married to Kevin and they have one son, Cody and a daughter, Mckenzie.  Kevin is a Workstation Analyst at Augusta Health, Cody is an active teen, and Mckenzie is an active 1 year old..  Also residing with them are their beloved dogs, Boomer, a Collie/Spaniel mix, and Cena, a Golden Retriever.  Lori Beth's interest include completing her education at BRCC, home remodeling, being a soccer mom, volunteering and anything NASCAR.

Daris is a lifelong resident of the Shenandoah Valley. He was born and raised in Bath County.  He grew up with 4 sisters and enjoys his many nieces and nephews. Daris currently resides in Staunton with his daughter, Caleigh, who is 7 years old and his fiance, Jennifer.  After working in the home business doing insulation/siding work, Daris quickly had an interest in real estate as an investor for over 5 years experience.
